- All shipping will be done by Vendor companies through a nominated courier service of Vroom Services Limited. Vroom will assign the courier service over email.
- Any issue related to courier will be managed by Vroom Team and their deicision regarding any Shipping dispute will be final for the buyer and seller.
- All purchases are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage due to courier.
- For Courier damage issues, please do not accept the product; once accepted it will not be returned.
- For any other dispute issue the buyer and seller will mutually resolve.
- If there is disagreement, then either party may ask Vroom Services Limited as an arbitrator and their decision will be final and binding on both the parties.
